Dr. Zeff received
his Ph.D. in Psychology
in 1981 from the California
Institute of Integral Studies
in San Francisco. He has
studied with the
well-known cardiologist,
Dr. Ray Rosenman author
of "Type A Behavior
and your Heart" and
Drs. Lad and Frawley, internationally
known authors
and practitioners of holistic
healing. He has been teaching
classes on
healing insomnia for over
fifteen years at various
hospitals, colleges
and medical groups*.
